Need a small, but better than stock heatsink
I need a semi-small/medium sized heatsink for a conroe (LGA775). I don't want a big typhoon or anything big. Its not being overclocked. Stock just doesnt cut it when you game for 12 hours on end.
 Looking for something that will work with all motherboards, and is somewhat quiet. (quieter than stock anyway..)

The mini I hear is worse then stock. I would maybe look at a Arctic Freezer 7 Pro. Its what I would consider a medium size cooler compared to todays coolers.

Murlocke i think the CNPS-8000 will fit your board. Here it is on a board with more heatsinks around it than yours and it fits

I heard that cooler aint no good at all. I would go for indeed an artic freezer.
__________________Dont buy a Zalman 7x00 series cooler. My temps under load where 62C under load. Now with my Zalman CNPS9500 my temps are 48C under load.

Aint no good? Its a great cooler. Where did you hear it. I know about the mini-typhoon but the CNPS cooler is great.
