Default Intel Thermal Analysis Tool

I've been reading about using this prgram and so I googled it and downloaded it. Well when I go to run it, it wont run. It says "Invalid Processor Terminating Tool." I thought somewhere I saw a thread about this but I cant find it again. Can someone please try to explain this to me, or if they have a link to where I can read why this is happening. Here is a screenshot of whats happening:

I am not sure, but I believe TAT is designed for the Core 2 Duo only... I could be wrong though.

Ohhh so then what other programs could I use to look at temps? Currently I have Ai Booster (which I dont trust), speedfan, and I have used the Environment Monitor in SiSofts Sandra tool. What else is another reliable program to check temps with?
