I've been looking around online and was thinking about bolting an infinity on my setup, this just further convinces me it's exactly what I'm looking for for my new PC build. The case I was going to use is actually an armor, with the fan just like you have. I haven't ordered anything yet, but I have to ask how tough it was to mount the fan on the outside of the case.

Is it easy, or does it take some effort? I may have to pick another case if it's tough, but that's no biggie, those Silverstone cases are nice...
very easy to move the fan to the outside; and also, a few infinity/armor owners have reported that they didn't have to move the fan; dont' know why i had to and others didn't.

good luck with the cooler/case. search around some more on infinity modifications; it works good right out of the box, but will work even better if you modify the mounting system.

here's another review i did comparing the infinity in a single or dual fan setup: http://www.overclock.net/intel-air-c...ml#post1583697

have fun.

another comment about the fan mount on the case ...

just use the sleeves and bolts that you'll find on the inside and mount it the same way on the outside ...

you can see from my photos that the sleeves are visible ...
