What thermal paste do you recommend

I plan on buying some thermal paste and would like to know what everyone recommends as i have no idea whats good and whats not. Since i have joined the fourms i have heard of Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Paste. would that be one to get?

AS5 no question....yet to put any on my CPU at present. Just make sure you buy thermal compound and not permanent stuff. A few ppl have made that mistake....
