Someone here tested it, it was like 4c worse than the Tuniq Tower 120.

Correct me if I am wrong here, but its not just a CPU cooler, its more of a whole board cooler. So the 4*C tradeoff for some could be well worth it to have a memory/gpu cooler as well depending on how its set up in the case.
