Default Best Dual-Core Air Cooler

Looking for some opinions on a good dual core air cooler. I prefer it being quieter if possible, then again I can control the fan speed.
So shoot away, I currently have a Zalman CNPS9500 and its not doing the job all that well at keeping this cpu cool.
Trying to keep under $70.
Thanks everyone.

Don't be silly. That won't even fit in his case.

Are you sure the heatsink is the problem? Not poor airflow or poor contact (both very likely). It may be you actually need a new case with better airflow, not a new heatsink.

The Thermaltake cooler and the Asus cooler mentioned above aren't as good as your 9500. What temperatures are you getting exactly?

I'd be looking at:
- Tuniq Tower 120
- Scythe Ninja Plus/Infinity
- Thermaltake Big Typhoon
- Thermalright Ultra 120

Actually, the Tuniq is not anymore. The Thermalright Ultra 120 Plus is currently the best performing heatsink around. Paired with a powerful Delta 220CFM fan or Silverstone FM121 and it beats the Tuniq hands down.
