Default P4P800 Deluxe Fan Speed Not Variable

I figure I may have the wrong kind of fans but I need to ask. I go into my bios and set up the auto fan thing but they stay the same speed all the time.
They are also loud so I need to know how to get the right fans that are quieter and what to look for so to have a good auto setup.
I am not overclocked so I don't really run too hot.

get some Antec Tri-Cools. The variable fans depends a lot on your motherboard and how it is layout with the CPU pins. If you get some tri-cools, they have swithes on them to run low, medium, and hi.
