Default Enzotech Ultra X

This cooler is amazing! It took some work the install (had to bend some capacitators to turn it around or it would cover my 1st RAM slot and my 1st MCI-E slot as well) but man, was it worth it! It's currently running at 3 GHz at 1.4V Idle temp is 26C, and load temp is 37C It really is a great cooler. Also, the bottom was already lapped to a mirror finish (wish I'd taken pics) and it cam with a tube of AS5. It hangs over my 1st 2 RAM slots, and the air blows through the heatsink and onto the RAM, and the air is cool to boot. I can't say enough good things about this cooler. I am very happy with my purchase.

It is indeed a good cooler. Enzotech also has a rep who has made at least one appearance that I've seen on this forum, which is a definite plus for customer service. I would probably get one were it not for the IFX-14's imminent release, and the fact that I'm using a memory cooler on top of my RAM so I don't want to purchase this just to find out it won't fit in the proper orientation (which is heat pipes facing the RAM, according to the afore-mentioned Enzotech rep).

Here is a good site to check out for HS reviews: http://www.frostytech.com/top5heatsinks.cfm. Enzotech is #2. I think I may give it a try because I am stuck at 3.63 with Zalman 9700.
