Default Passive Cooling with AC64 and 3000+?

Just wondering if this would be possible, a stock 3000+ and a AC64 without a fan on.

Would need to remain below safety limits under heavy load.

I'd have a 120mm at the front pushing air over it and another fan sucking air out, maybe to the right...

I have my P4 running on that setup. Now since I have a Dell I can't monitor my temps, but it has been working this way for over a year now. In other words, yes it should work.
