SO yes it will fit

Its a great cooler, get a decent fan like a Silverstone FM121 and it will preform superb

Oh and nice choice with that CPU, It Overclocks as well as MJ scares kids

And whats wrong with the fan the "ninja" comes with?
I just looked up the FM121...$18 for a 120mm fan!?
