__________________AMD 754 / 939 / 940 / AM2 SO yes it will fit  Its a great cooler, get a decent fan like a Silverstone FM121 and it will preform superb Oh and nice choice with that CPU, It Overclocks as well as MJ scares kids

Great, will it fit on this board:
__________________BIOSTAR TFORCE 550 Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 550 MCP ATX AMD Motherboard And whats wrong with the fan the "ninja" comes with? I just looked up the FM121...$18 for a 120mm fan!?

 Yes it will, as there are no capasitators that will get caught on the cooler Good luck with your OCing
