Im sure this could apply to a CPU cooler, a case fan, or the video card fan, but anyway how do I make the fan spin faster if it uses the standard 4 pin molex cable?

i honestly can't think of an easy way to do that. my specialty is houses, not low volt systems, so maybe someone else knows a way.
__________________the problem is that those fans already run on 12 Volts, and the biggest rail on a computer power supply is the 12 Volt rail. so there doesn't appear to be any overvolting potential there unless you use a different power source. it's probably a lot easier to just buy a higher CFM fan.

like i said, i don't see how it could be possible with a computer PSU. 9.26 CFM? lol, the good news is that it won't be hard finding a more powerful fan

Only thing you could do is cut the wires and wire it directly to a molex. But your motherboard might not come on then thinking the fan aint connected.

You could try combining +12 and +5 i see some stuff on it but you probly would burn out the fan pretty fast. Probly very risky tho i wouldn't even try it.

9.26CFM? Seriously? You can pick up some fans that are just as quiet and are 43CFM
