Virgin Lapper Needs Advice
ok, I just got my premium lapping kit from easypckits.com
i read the instructions given, and sort of understood it, i start off at 400 right? then 600, 800, 1000, 40 micron, 25 micron, 20 micron, 15 micron, then 10 micron? also, should i go in a circular motion, or up and down motion?

Slow even pressure, in a back and forth motion (don't forget to spin the component 90 degrees every here and again) and let the weight of the item do the work (for the most part). Good luck.
