Default HS Advice, please.

Hi, I currently have a stock setup on my 2.4 Prescott. Temperatures are listed in my sig on stock cooling. I currently have AS5 applied to it. I was wondering what kind of third party heatsink should i mount on my setup. I was thinking of the xp-90; or brotherly, xp-120. Other heatsinks could also change my mind also.

What is your budget for this upgrade?

The Xp-120 is a great HS for your socket.

I'm not sure if the Big Typhoon will fit on a socket 478 chip. I've done some research on the Zalman 9700 and it will edge up on my PSU. I'm not sure about the Tuniq Tower though.

Sorry for double post

The Big Typhoon will fit on your 478 - It is a 4-in-1 cooler Socket 939/754/775/478

The 9700 is a good one too but if it doesn''t fit, then it doesnt fit
