Should be getting my new setup from fedex anyday, was just wondering if the MaxOrb will work for a slight overclock of the E6750...

First fix the spelling in the title. And yea, for a mild overclock it should do fine, with the proper amount of AS5.

AS5
It's not the greatest cooler by any stretch of the imagination, but for the mild overclocks (2.4-> 2.8 or so), it should do fine. Just keep temps below 60°C under load and you'll be fine.

Iv seen some reviews of the MaxOrb and its slightly worse than the Big Typhoon. However, the BT was a great cooler so this shouldn't be too bad either. I'm sure you can overclock your E6750 pretty high on the MaxOrb.

60c is no big deal for a c2d, you could go to 70c

Uh, what? The G0 steppings have thermal limits of ~71°C. Most other Core2Duo's have it around 60-61°C.
