Default Lapping results?

Im going to be lapping my heatsink soon and I want to know what kind of results you guys have been getting with your lapping experience. It would be great if every one could post their temperature drops here and whether that was for just hsf or both hsf and cpu

My temps only dropped 3-4 degrees, and that is on the high end. I also changed the mounts for my heatsink at the same time. This was lapping my Scythe Infinity only, not the ihs. This was also my first lapping job, and I think I could do better the next time, but that is not going to happen. Too much work, I ordered on lapped this time and it looks great.

No, the heatsink was just terribly terribly concave or convex, I can't remember which. I'm now loading at the same temps as pre-lapping, but I'm clocked 50% higher and with a 1.42v vCore under load

The E6600 maintains its warranty.
