Jeez.. thats too hot.... My q6600 B3 @ 3Ghz with a 1.28 V Core only just reaches 60 with Orthos on all 4 cores....
__________________And i only have an Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro... Find out which surface you need to lap and get to work...

Yea, I know a Q6600 is 2 E6600 (not true quad). Im just wondering if the extra power the CPU is getting from the 8pin power connector is causing higher temps.

That is either the most concave heatsink I will ever see...or you mounted it badly.
Your temps are way too high, and flatness is not to blame. It wouldn't mess it up that badly.

My temps arn't nearly that high, at idle 2 cores sit at 28C and the other 2 sit at 21C, with the cpu itself sitting at 23C. (The difference is probably in some badly applied AS5). Under load it's about 46C x2 and 40C x2 with the cpu at 42C. This is with a 1.35 vCore @ 3.3Ghz.
The ambient here is about 71F ~ 21C though. I haven't lapped my heatsink nor my cpu.
