Default best 120mm fan

I got $20 to spend on a good 120mm fan. which one of the two fans below is the best? which has low noice and can be controlled by voltage (MB or controller)

SILVERSTONE FM121

or

Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F

I vote for the SilverStone. It comes along with a fan controller as well.

Those are both great fans, both will make you happy and they both can be controlled. I am partial to the S-Flex as they have seemed quieter to me. But the silverstones look better.

I say go S-Flex - it's all I buy anymore.

Does Scythe fan has any issues with voltage control? will it make any noice when used with a voltage controller. I plan to plug it into cpu fan power plug.

Silverstone, can be controlled to under the noise of the S-Flex or to double the air flow of the S-Flex.

look like most people like Silverstone fan better than Scyth fans.

Does Silverstone has any 9-blade fan with 3 or 4 pin connector head? I need to connect to cpu fan plug.
