Default How come core 2 is always like 5degrees hotter then core 1?
Whats up with that they are like right next to each other lolz?

My guess is Core 2 is busy fitnessing.

But really core 2 has to work more (he has a wife )


But being serious now: Without somekind of reversed hyperthreading, the cores don't share their workload.

Meaning core 2 would be getting more tasks to perform.

Because the C2D die itself is pretty long and if its not mounted correctly or if there isn't thermal paste over the entire die, the temps may vary between cores.
