Default Is thermal paste required after lapping??

Ok, if there are 99.9% full contact of the Heatsink and the CPU after lapping, do I still put in some thermal paste?? or its better to let the two metal part have full contact.

Use the paste to fill in the spaces that you cannot see...that's what it's for.
Unless you've looked at it under an electron microscope I doubt that percentage is actually correct.

Yes, a tiny amount is required, the paste is filling in the Micropores, as mentioned previously as "What you can't see"

there's a definite temp change with and without thermal paste. using thermal paste will give you better (cooler) temps.

Use it, but only a very small amount. Also spread it out across the surface. With AS5, make it so thin that it only looks like a haze, and you can still see copper.

I will second that suggestion.

I lapped mine to a flat mirror shine, and just for fun tried without paste, temps went up to 70C and kept climbing before shutting it down. Also tried the normal small line which was ok. But got the best temps by speading very thin film across the entire block.
