Default Best heatsink/fan for AM2 X2

What is the best cpu cooler that i can get for my amd? I am using the stock and it is the second one i have had but it is too loud and i am looking for something that cools better and doesn't produce so much noise.

Yeah my buddy has the Tuniq tower and it is heavy and big. I am going to be moving my case quite a bit ( moving end of sept ) and i dont want something that may crack my mobo.
