Default Need fan controller

I think I want to buy myself a fan controller to control my thermaltake thunderblades, I just need to cut down the airflow a bit to get rid of the noise, they're currently the only thing in my case that I hear. I need it to be under 20 dollars. Maybe one of these? FRYS.com My thunderblades use 4-pin molex connectors, so that's why i'm having a problem finding something that will work. Also, is there an adapter so that I could connect 4 pin molex to the 3 or 4 pin connectors on my motherboard?

For $20 your best bet is a Sunbeam Rheobus:

The molex ports on both of those are for power input from the psu. Not to connect fans.

I could just use an adapter that would connect the molex to the motherboard header. Can you find one of those anywhere?

It even says, "This adapter is a 4-pin Molex cable to 3-pin Female Socket. This cable is perfect for adding 4-pin fans to 3-pin fan controllers."

I did too lol. Anyway, so since I have two thermaltake thunderblades, could I just connect one to the other and connect them combined to this single fan header? Since they're the same I figure that I could right? I don't want to buy more stuff than I need.
