Lapped my TR Ultra Extreme/Q6600...Fixed
Weapons of choice.
 What I want to better.  Be back in a couple of hours with results.

Technical difficulties, I knew I should have left well enough alone.

Well I totally ruined a great cooler
 Multiple reseats, multiple AS5 applications and temps are far worse. Both the cooler and IHS are flat, I checked. I knew seeing the mixed results that I should left well enough alone, oh well lesson learned.

It's a very tough cooler to lap i can tell you that. But if done right it will give good results.
Either your using too much AS5, you suck at mounting, or you didn't lap it correctly. Or something is horribly wrong with your quad lol. No offense...  I can attest to even a half arse lap job on that thing will do wonders so long as the CPU contact area is flat... *** Whoa look at you vcore man, 1.46 in speefan? What is it set to in the BIOS, it must be at like 1.54 or something! No wonder your temps are out of the park. And how come you only stress 3 cores?

Yes this cooler is a serious pain in the behind to lap, I got great temps after I finished with mine though. You would always take another run at it.
