I know what eveyone is thinking...stock hsf?

I swapped my mobo and case to a evga 680i and had to reapply the thermal compound. Previously under load it was 52, on a asrock and sonata case.
The new coolmaster elite case i put an intake 120mm and a side cpu 80mm, along with the 120mm exhuast. Also added a 8800gts 320, which idles at 62c - so i'm sure that does help matters.

i did a mild OC to 2.4ghz and it was idling at 51/50...didn't stress it at that point. i've reseated and reapplied as5 4 times using the line method, and the best i got was 44/42 idle (which is now).

my goal is 3.0, and looking for a new cooler (or any other advice). I've heard alot for good things about the TT120, but from doing some research, it doesn't fit too well on my board, due to the NB cooler.

Can someone recommend a cooler that would keep the chip cool and around $40
OR
anything else i can try with the stock hsf.
