ive got the alcohol to clean my processor i just don't know what to use to apply the alcohol..just req paper towels?

I just dip a bit of alcohol on a paper towel and then wipe the thermal paste off.

I use q-tips, personally. Though a lint-free rag or coffee filter works best.

Yea, lint free cloth is the best to use.
But normal tissue paper is ok. It won't do it any harm.
