Default Core 2 quad/Arctic MX-2 users

My MX-2 came in today, and I'm planning on re-seating the TRUE tomorrow. Now, here's my question for you:

On their website, they show a picture of the recommended application AC LINK, but there's no way to tell what chip is pictured (zoom gets very blurry) and the directions are very vague.

So, how did you apply it to your quad? Thanks!

That is a socket 478 CPU, only a single die. I would use the same method as AS5 in this case. See here: http://www.arcticsilver.com/pdf/appi..._quad_wcap.pdf
