Default Stock Inel Cooler Stuck?

So I recently picked up a Freezer 7 pro and AS5. I went to take off the stock fan and I got all pins out except one. I've tried everything aside from actually taking out the motherboard (I'd really rather not do this). Of twisted the pin both ways, I know one is tighten and the other loosens it but I figured it couldn't hurt. Nothing seems to work. I've tried shimmying the cpu cooler itself. I'm fresh out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions?

Look under the bottom of the board. If you get a pair of needle-nosed pliers , you can press the plastic keeper together and gently pull up on the other side of the tab with your other hand, and it will release.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just decided to take my motherboard out. That was my only option left. I squeezed the prongs on the bottom and it popped right off.
