Default adding 2 120's.. need suggestions

I plan to use a plasma cutter on my case and cut 2 holes for 120MM fans (intake) and need some suggestions on fans
I was looking at 2 of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835200021

but im really going for good CFM and low noise level .. variable speed would be nice .
im willing to pay up to 40 bucks for both fans
newegg is my ideal place to shop
or , what if i got 2 of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...%2bfan%2bguard

and got 2, 3 speed antecs ?

TIA
dylan

Go here. They have a "listening room" where you can compare the relative noise levels of different fans.

Listening room:

And please read this so you have at least some idea of what you're doing.
Everyone wants fans that move a lot of air and are quiet just like I want a 600 hp sedan that gets 40 mpg ...aint gonna happen. ...300 hp and 30 mpg...maybe.
If the fan manufacturer doesn't have a P/Q curve available, then you have no information what so ever on which to base a purchasing decision.
Nice colors...pretty lights...yeah sure, but how much air will it move when actually in use.
