Well I got all my new cooling parts and set everything up.
__________________After idling at 45,46,42,42 I now idle at 37,39,35,34 (Q6600 B3 at stock). Am I wrong to have expected a bit more or are these good results? I used Shin Etsu so does that have a curing time? These Noctua's are absolutely silent however I completely forgot about my PSU fan! My computer is definitely quieter but this PSU fan is ruining the point of my purchasing silent fans! Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Anyways, here are some pics .The Parts ![]() My Lapped True (CrazyPC) ![]() With everything installed ![]() My TRUE and adjacent fans

. And I'm hoping that when my TIM cures that the temps will drop a couple more degrees so I can start OCing.

For the power supply, if you're willing to void your warranty, you might be able to open it up and change the fan to a 120mm unit of your choosing. It may or may not require splicing, it depends on the model - hell, you might not be able to install a new fan at all. I'm unsure of what type of fan the GameXStream uses, I never really familiarized myself with them.
