Another vote for slipstreams. If you can undervolt them, go for the 1900RPM one.

If you need one for CPU HS, go for a 120mm x 38mm one. I suggest the Ultra Kaze series.

Yate Loons will not disappoint you. I use Medium speeds and they are nearly silent at full speed, completely silent if I use my fan controller a bit.
