Question Tuniq Tower 120 Installation

Hey all,

Well one of the pins from my AC Freezer decided to snap off and break! As I'm getting a new motherboard this week I decided to get a new CPU cooler too.

So I thought I would treat myself to a Tuniq Tower.

I haven't really used a backplate on a motherboard before...are they easy to fit? Can I fit the backplate first and then mount the mobo? I don't fancy trying to tighten screws and cables with a huge cooler pre-installed! What sort of cooling advantages can I expect compared the Freezer?

Thanks

Well the Tuniq will cool more than the AC. Also, you might want to consider a TRUE too

What is the installation like?

I hate fiddly small parts. Drives me insane.

Hey Jinja Ninja, these links show performance temps for both coolers. I hope this helps.

As you can see, pretty significant temp drops from AC Freezer to TT120.
