Default 8800gs+AcceleroX1 Mod

I had the accelero x1 on my 8800gs for a while, the stock cooler sounded worse than a vantec tornado at full rpm. I bought this cooler thinking it would fit but it didn't and I basically had to take pliers and rip off part of the cooler lol

Temps are excellent, 30 idle and 58 load before 45 idle and 75 load

Ripped that baby apart!

i hear the xfx 8800gs are hotandloud and its kinda apparent

my evga OCs to 725/1000 and does 45idle and 65 load.

It's also very quiet. EVGA 8800gs cooelrs are quieter and can be controlled.

the xfx are super hot and loud, I wish i had waited and bought the evga or 9600gt, but either way this card is still good, i beasted it to 755 and ran 3dmark06, although the evga has the samsung ram which can overclock to 1000+
