I know that this thread has been a little on the dead side but I would like to tell you that if you communicate with refurbdoc, they will actually send you a brand new cooler. I was debating on getting one and whilst talking with the owner of the account, he stated to me that once I won, since I had asked him something like 20 questions in a row, that he would actually send me a new one to make sure there would be no more questions from me.

I ordered a Zalman 9500 from him or was it sharka? The fan was making loud clicking noises so I sent him an email for an RMA.. He just give me a new fan through the mail. Pretty good seller! ^^.
