Not that I've seen, unless maybe the proc reaches throttling temp.
But even then I've not had Prime 95 give errors.

What are your temps?

You can see in my screen, no errors with moderately high temps

its at 3.4... not 2.2 its only that he has the speedstep active (lowers multiplier to x6 from x9).
plus his voltage is wayyy to high... probably only did it to demostrate that it doesnt crash at high temps (i hope, if not, get a better cooler and underclock that thing)

Wow! Your chip is practically melting. My temps on load is 60°. But that's with uncured AS5. So hopefully it starts dropping by next week. But I was just curious because Prime95 and Orthos kept failing at around 5pm, when it's hot in my room. But I guess my overclock is just unstable.

definitely, my 2140 will crash whenever coretemp is above 70, but will prime all day if below 55. I actually gained stability by lowering vcore.
