The Tuniq Tower will do a much better job that the Zalman 9500.

also,
is there any heatsink/cpu cooler that anyone can think of or find that is on par with the tuniq tower, but just a little smaller (i still want to use the 25cm side fan on my case).

Tuniq is better of the for cooling, 9500a better for your size requirement though.
