vendetta cooler how good is it?

I'm looking for a fan to put on a e6750 to OC it around 3.0-3.3 ghz and I looked on the dell site because I got a giftcard for 40$ from them, and i saw this and I remembered someone saying that it was the best air cooling solution out there but its only 30$ and it looks cheap, what do you think is it worth it? then theres this one that just looks cool

well part of the reason why Im looking at this one is cause its on the Dell website, and I have a gift card for it, they dont have the vendetta 2

__________________Yeah, he can only buy from Dell, which really sucks since Dell has like nothing good, at all. BTW, how much is on your card? You might be able to like, spend it all buying case fans or something
