Default tuniq tower or thermalright ultra-120A

i cant decide between these two cpu heatsinks.

the tuniq tower : http://www.tuniq.com.tw/Cooler%20Info/Tower-120.htm

OR

the thermalright ultra-120A : http://www.thermalright.com/new_a_pa...50aHVzaWFzdA==

i'm trying to decide between those two. mainly because they're the only ones that i THINK will fit on the dfi lanparty dk p35-t2rs with the air blowing towards the rear of the case. Which one would be better for me in the long run, i know the tuniq comes with a fan where as the tru i'd need to buy a fan. I might plan on upgrading my cpu soon but it all depends.

If you recommend the thermalright ultra-120A; if possible could you recommend me a fan? (including a link; i prefer non-led) thanks.

and my initial gut is the tuniq. actually now that i think about it i'm not too sure anymore. thanks in advance to whoever posts in here!

THANKS
-agntallen

the Tuniq is Wider, whereas the TRUE is skinnier. If you were to get a Fan with the TRUE, i'd go with the Scythe Kaze, or the Scythe S-Flex. If you want quiet, I hear SilenX is incredible. http://www.crazypc.com/products/fans...s.htm#120x25mm

edit: FYI i've owned both and TBH, there isn't much difference. However, I would recommend lapping the TRUE or getting it lapped. I prefer the TRUE because it's skinnier and the mounting mechanism is great, with the springs. But the Tuniq does the same job. Your call though.

This is what decision I have to face, but instead of blowing it to the rear I'm going to have it blow up.

I know the Tuniq will fit once you cut off part of the K8 bracket, but I want to know if the TRUE will fit. People say it will but there's no visual proof.

He wants something that won't have clearance issues. The TRUE will not fit vertically. It has to be horizontally on the DFI DK, STUPID NB STICKER!

I have the Tuniq. It's freakin big, but keeps my cpu cool at the lowest fan settings so it's quiet. It also has a nice fan controller that goes in the back of the case where the pci slots are. I think you'd be happy with it
