Ok I”ve run them both on my Quad and they both do a great job up to 3.2..But after that the true keeps the heat down. Right now @3.6 room temps of 22c to 24c, Idle 34/28/27/34 and loads 56/51/51/56 with a Vcore of 1.40v They are both lapped.

I am running the 9700 on my E6600 now with Idle temps of 28c to 30c and loads of 50c

I have a Zalman 9700 and the Stock colling is 10C cooler for my AMD 6000+! Get a TRUE!
