Default Temps are too high need help!

My 8800GT is running at 59 Celcius. And my E6750 is at 46 Celcius. And this is at Idle. I have 2 fron intake fans, 1 side intake, 1 top exhaust, one bottom intake, and one back exhaust. I have the Zalman 9500 LED. My case is the CM 690. I live in Seattle, where its getting to around 90. My room is on the second floor with 1 window. What can I do to decrease temps? All ideas are welcome.

There might be a few things that can help. First, how's that air flow, in the case and in your room? Is your wire management under control? Do you have good airflow in your room? I know I have to keep a fan in my doorway to move cold air into the office. Where is you tower located, on the floor or on the desk? If you have your tower on the floor, move it to the top of the desk. I saw my temps drop when I did that.

Dont have an AC and cant get one. I have 2 small portable fans in my room that help a little bit. My tower is on my desk sort of by the door and my cable managment is fine.

I need some ideas on what to do.

Are my above temps way to high?

They look a bit on the high side to me. How high do they get under load? It is going to be hard to get your temps down with 90 room temps, sounds like the fans are your only option.

I got it fixed, I got a huge fan in my room and got some good air circulation so its not as hot anymore.
