Default How to disassemble a sleeve bearing fan?

I've seen a bunch of pictures where people have taken apart sleeve bearing fans, effectively separating the fan blades from the rest of the housing, like the guy did in this thread.

Now, I've taken off the plastic and rubber covers to get to where you can oil the bearing, but how do you take apart the bearing to clean it?

Thanks!

Make sure you sandpaper the hole, and then put some U rubber over it to avoid sharp edges. Put some grease around the newly drilled hole, and then screw your computer, screw it hard. Maybe install some UV lights and turn em up to indicate that your computer is also excited.

you take off the sticker on the side of the fan that doesnt spin, then there is a rubber plug underneath the sticker. take the rubber plug out, then there will be a white plastic clip. the white plastic clip will come off with some force and luck. then the fan blades will come off.
