I'd ditch the Arctic Silver 5 for something non-conductive (and depending on which chart you look at, better performing) like Arctic Cooling MX-2 or OCZ Freeze.

Xigamtek HDT-S1283 is pretty much the same thing as the OCZ Vendetta 2, except with different fins and it's about $10 less. It has pretty much the same thermal performance though.

What is your budget?

If you can afford either of these, get the TR Ultra 120. Unless you want to take the time to LAP the TT120. I am never going to lap again unless I use a belt sander. It took SO long and was SO tedious. Plus, I think I may have screwed it up somehow because my temps aren't what I was hoping for (good, but not what I want).

This is up to you. I've heard only great things regarding the AS5, which is what I use. I have used some others, these one seems very good. No experience with MX-2 or OCZ Freeze.

True. Both seem very good HSF's. If your budget can only fit one of these, I see no reason why you should spend $10 more for the OCZ.
