just ordered mine but idk if the stock fan it comes with is good anyone ?

It doesn't look too bad. If you do not like your temperatures with the stock fan then it is always a possible upgrade

I just bought the HDT- 1283 Dark Knight version...

Any recommendations on applying the TIM in light of the "Direct Touch" heatpipe system? Just curious if it's best to go with the "dab" in the middle v. spreading the TIM.

Also... what is the value... if any in lapping the DK?

Just ordered one of these today from the 'Egg. Can't wait to see what my temps look like, my AC Freezer7 is just not up to the task of this e6750 (it was doing great over my e2160 though)
