I'm pretty sure Newegg no longer sells Thermalright products anymore.

Check out Jab-Tech.

Newegg has been out of anything Thermalright for a long time. When I built my rig back in May/June they were all listed as sold out. I got mine at performance pcs.

The Thermalright coolers that I have tried have been decent performers.

You can purchase a variety of them from Petra's (preferred) or from Frozen CPU

what are some other options that would work in a smaller case?

The Zalman CNPS 7500 (110mm fan) might be low-profile enough?

Or, the smaller CNPS 7000 (92mm)?

Neither is ideal when cooling is the sole deciding factor, but when working in a small area they are a decent option.
