I prefer IC Diamond 7. I have not used OCZ freeze yet but that also comes highly recommended.

With the IC Diamond and my personal experiences, I noted 5-7C temp drops over AS5, after cure time for the AS5.

IC Diamond 7 is not conductive, although it is a little thicker, which makes it a little harder to work with.

IMO Ocz Ultra 5+ is better then AS5, literally the same and is cheaper too.
