Ur getting worse temps dude? Make sure u clean the crap off with strong alcohol and dont use alot of as5... Try reseating ur cpu till you find the temps you after cuz if ur getting worse temps something fishy is going on.. i think ive asked you before you got your cooler blowing air as exhaust right?? Have you tryed lowering your vcore dude? Im sure you could find a lower vcore @ a stabler Clock.. Run your timings at stock 5-5-5-15 also

Im it at all stock timings 5-4-5-15-2T! Also it takes 1.6V+ to get it stable over 3.25GHz!

Xigmatek HDT-S1283 is very strange. I too have problems with it. The places that the pipes don't touch the CPU scare me. I got OCZ Freeze 1 day ago and my idle lowered 2 C and load from 69 went to 61.

You obviously didn't do this! JK, I meant to say I would lap if the heat pipes n aluminum spacer thingys are uneven with each other to get them even. I was in a rush! But I guess thats what you did n it didn't work.

Reapply TIM?
The Xigmatek is really hard to install properly with the AM2 clips without messing up the TIM (At least, it is for me)

Hold the heatsink up to a lightsource, with a razer, and look for light to shine through. Don't lap the heatpipes to much, or they might bust.
