Oh so height is the only issue? Since budget doesn't seem to be an issue, grab an IFX-14!

I agree that water is best, especially with a TJ07. I'm just not ready for water yet. It's too high-maintenance, IMO. As of now, I have a wife, 2 daughters, and a shedding dog. The last thing I need is for my computer to be high-maintenance, too.

It's a fabulous cooler from all the reviews I've seen
Here's one http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...er-review.html I reread the OP though If height's the only issue, an IFX-14 is the way to go

I would DEFINITELY recommend the Noctua NH-U12P.

you should go for the Xigmatek HDT-S1283, or the Noctua NH-U12P i keep hearing that they are really good aftermarket coolers, only reason i am using my stock intel heatsink, is because for some strange reason, its cooling better by about 10-15C then my Thermaltake V1 i think the push pins are damaged, so it doesn't mount properly any more, oh well, stock intel cooler with AS5 thermal compound does the job for me, 45nm chips run cool, but i am considering water cooling

Well I'm going to put this out there as it's an excellent cooler and I've seen comparisons to it in benchies with the Tun Tower and other "bigger" known coolers and it's always stood it's own ground within a 2 to 3 C of them and thats the Rosewill RCX-Z3. I get excellent results with mine. I use the Zalman stuff grease you see in my sig with it.

Under my "normal" usage which usually is encoding video while playing EQ2 or WAR and watching an HD movie with folding in the background it's excellent. Heres the newegg linkhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ill-_-35200013.

I was thinking about it, when I thought about Syrillian's Liquid Chameleon Build Log. I remember some of the images of the case taken apart for painting. Since the TJ07 is all screws, wouldn't it be possible to take out the entire back support, then slide the motherboard in, then mount the back into place. I do not know the order to remove each section, so I am not sure if this wouldbe successful, nor if you would be willing to take apart the MuderMod.
