I suggest TRUE.

It does not come with a fan, so you will have to buy your own fan for it.

I have 2 San Ace's on them and they are like an air conditioner..

It's very difficult to say the best though.

Many people choose TRUE though.

You can get it lapped, and you can apply AS5 or better TIMs, but I use that.

I can get a Xigmatek 1283 for 20 bucks and a free usb drive. I may just get this just for the value. Maybe get 2 Ultra Kaze on there.

Just got my Xigmatek 1283 and 2 Ultra Kaze haven't installed it yet but I'm hoping for good things I am going to test it with 1 fan then with both in push pull and see what happens.

Sweet so far it's at 45 under OCCT load. At 1.45 vcore and 3.2 ghz. With just one Ultra Kaze going to do the push pull tomorrow. Thanks to my mother board I had to run it horizontal. So I had to take side fan off.
