The P5N32-E has been known to not be able to OC quads past 3 ghz.

Default new to this and would appreciate some help please

hi im kinda new the the whole overclocking process and i would like some help please my current hardware is intel core 2 q9550 with 4 gigs of ocz platinum ram im running the 64bit version of windows 7 the motherboard i am currently using is a msi p45 platinum and i have the thermaltake black edition case with 5 fans and a zalmon heatsink fan and my video card is diamond ati radeon 4890 1 gig please help me i have tried some things and gotten the blue screen of death a few times thank you.

O.T. Why in the world is this in the air cooling section and not the intel section?

To all those saying "disable speedstep and C1e" is okay for benching but i like for mine to stay on as when my computer is not being used i can cut down on power being used and when i need it it will bring it back up to speed.
