Push pins. First day it took me like 35 min to get it in.. now it takes me a minute cause I've done it a few times in the past few days. Bolt kit is coming this week. Been @ 100% for a few min now and its staying at 59-58-55-55. Much better! I'm pretty satisfied w/ 3ghz @ 60 max, but I'll take lower temps if I can @ 3ghz. How much a difference does the bolt kit normally make?

Hackintosh FTW!

bolt kit will probably drop the temps another 2C, it makes a more secure connection with the cpu, you didn't use too much paste did you, about a grain of rice worth for both lines of the cooler should be more than enough, too much paste and your temps will be severely compromised

The Noctua is very comparable to the Xigmateks defualt fan. The Noctua is Airflow: 54.3 CFM, where as teh Xig is 56. So with almost the same fan there the Xig is cooler. Now the lapping may help a bit but they are on par.
