Default -wanted-, new fan, or water cooling device

most likely,
my cpy fan, corrupting my cpu cores,
2 times till now, luckly,
the agrees to trade the cpu in new one,
for very reasonable price, so i wont let my fan
corrupt this cpu too, i want to get a new one,
air or water(how much water are we talking about
in typical water cooling, i whant frequncy i need to refill the water?),
you can suggest models,
or specific items for sale(here, ebay),
i will accept items thats cost up to 40$,
as average price, for used product.
all the products shoud suite to socket A,
my current fan is tr2-m3 se,
i just hope that the seller will trade th corrupted cpu,
as he discribet in his statment.

There's no way, IMO, that you'll get a decent w/c for $40...

i don't think you should come near "water cooling" if your going to spend LESS THAN $100 min. Just get a zalman cu and you'll be fine (and AS5)

Volcano 12 from Thermaltake (approx. $35.00) will work about as well as a middle of the road watercooler when overclocked !

Agreed. Volcano does fine. But that Zalman would do well, too.
