Question for LANDO


Well what about this...
My fan01 over the cpu is 38c idle
but the CPU CoRE is 28

which one would be more important to watch

In summer my PC runs cooler because i got it backed up right against the AC vent.
In winter when the ambient temp is lower my PC runs hotter ,, for the very same reason

Call me stupid but when you say ambient temperature do you mean room temperature or temps in the case?

It is amazing how much ambient temps come into play UNLESS you have an internal issue such as an over-volting 12v rail etc.

But, all things being equal, a very good (and at times surprising) point.

so if my room ambont temp is 23.5c and my idl cpu temp is 24.5c and my load is 29.4c. i have a i7 920 oc to 3018. am i doing good? should i try for moor?

You should shoot for 4ghz with a i7 920
